PinMind (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a location-based reminder
application. Your privacy is important to us.
Data Collection
PinMind collects and uses the following data:
Location Data
- Purpose: To trigger reminders when you arrive at or leave
specific locations
- Storage: All location data is stored locally on your
device only
- Sharing: We do not share your location data with any
third parties
- Background Access: The app uses background location access
solely for geofence monitoring
Reminder Data
- Reminder titles, notes, and associated locations are stored
locally on your device
- This data is never transmitted to external servers
Third-Party Services
- Apple MapKit: Used for map display and location search.
Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy
- Apple StoreKit: Used for in-app purchases. Subject to
Apple’s terms
Data Storage
All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s
SwiftData framework. We do not operate any servers or
cloud databases.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual reminders and locations within the app
- Uninstalling the app from your device
Children’s Privacy
PinMind does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes
will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
