Acceptance of Terms
By using PinMind, you agree to these Terms of Service (End User License Agreement).
Description of Service
PinMind is a location-based reminder application that allows you to create reminders triggered by your geographic location. The free tier includes 1 reminder and 1 saved location.
Subscriptions
- PinMind offers one optional auto-renewable subscription: PinMind Premium (Monthly)
- PinMind Premium unlocks unlimited reminders, unlimited saved locations, departure triggers, and recurring reminders
- The price is shown in the app in your local currency before purchase (for example, $7.99/month on the U.S. storefront)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your reminders
- You must grant appropriate location permissions for the app to function properly. Without “Always” location access, reminders cannot be delivered while the app is closed
Limitation of Liability
PinMind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Location-based notifications depend on iOS system services, device settings, and signal conditions; we are not liable for any missed, delayed, or incorrectly triggered reminders.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
