By using PinMind, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
PinMind is a location-based reminder application that allows you to create reminders triggered by your geographic location.
Subscriptions
- PinMind offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your reminders
- You must grant appropriate location permissions for the app to function properly
Limitation of Liability
PinMind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed or incorrectly triggered reminders.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
